On a recent holiday which involved a lot of travelling and walking I was reminded again how much my life-style has improved since I first went to Thornlie Naturopathic Centre. I had been on steroids for four years after being diagnosed with Polymyalgia. The muscle pain was mainly under control but I had weakness which made everyday activities like getting in and out of the car, lifting a bag of groceries or gardening difficult on most days and impossible on some days.
